Lisa M. Kraft, Administrative Manager, joined The Affluence Group in April 2008. She is one of the cheerful voices you will receive when calling our office. Lisa has been in the insurance industry for 25 years and worked with Mike prior to the founding of The Affluence Group, LLC.
Lisa's expertise is in the new business case management area, which includes management of our application submission, underwriting processing and policy issue/delivery team. Over the years, Lisa has provided service to executives in the legal, manufacturing and engineering fields, along with many high net worth individual clients. Lisa resides in Perry Hall, Maryland with her husband and two children.
Kellie A. Zacharko, Administrative Assistant, heads up the administration and marketing functions for the Oxford Research Group, LLC. Oxford Research is dedicated to performing advisory and feasibility analysis for Affluence Group customers who may be evaluating a Captive Insurance Company.
Kellie resides in Finksburg, Maryland with her husband and daughter.
Heidi J. Hartman, Administrative Assistant, handles the front-desk responsibilities for the Affluence Group, and is the first point of contact for our firm. She is also responsible for scheduling team members and working on new application submission, underwriting processing and policy issue/delivery functions.
Heidi graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2003 with a B.A. degree in psychology. She resides in Sparks, Maryland with her fiancé.
